What do I need to get started?
On the web, start with an email and password. Some actions require a completed profile or email verification. The mobile app guides you through the setup needed for its features. Sorom is for adults aged 18 and over.
What can I do on the web?
Explore Interesting Places, create manual solo itineraries, use Price Check and preview ConneXions. Group planning, Maya and other AI features, chat and safety tools are in the mobile app. Price Check submission requires a completed profile and email verification.
Do safety tools contact emergency services?
Sorom's tools help you notify the contacts you choose. They do not replace emergency services or guarantee safety. Configure the required contacts and permissions, and contact local emergency services directly for urgent help.
